The specs for the current ApplianceLinc show a temperature range of 32°-104°. A harsh environment version would be dual-band and would address a much wider temperature range and variations in humidity such as those found in attics, unheated spaces and damp cellars.

If a plug was attached to the device instead of the shot cord, then it wouldn't fit in a typical outdoor box, that is, one with a cover..Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018.
