Unresponsive 2474DWH
Hi. Tried to reset the switch by pulling out the air gap. After I pressed the air gap in afterwards the bulb came on but the switch is unresponsive. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do the LED move up then the dimmer is tapped on? What is the result of double-tapping the top of the dimmer?Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018.
