I have a dimmer switch for a light, and I have set it to come on at sunset and off and sunrise. But the light always come on at 100%. It ignores the "On Level" setting which is set to 50%. What am I doing wrong?

Create a scene with the device(s) you want to turn on. Schedule the scene, not the device(s). Set the On-level and ramp rate for each device in the scene.
