Cross Linking two 2477D dimmers

I am new to Linking. Most of my experience is with the Hub
With Cross linking, can I have:
1 dimmer with its' load (bottom of stairs light)
2nd dimmer with a different load (top of stairs light)
Cross link them and have them act like 3 way switches
Whereby - either one will turn both lights On/Off
THey will both come back ON in at the last level
You can change the dimming level at either dimmer, and the other dimmer would follow suit

Thanks in advanace for any guidance

Yes, that's possible with cross-linking. The "come back ON in at the last level" is called resume dim and can be enabled on the 2477D by following these steps:

Turn switch off
Tap Set button
Switch will beep
You can find this and more manually configurable settings here https://www.insteon.com/simple
