I can’t access my account I’ve been trying to sign in and it’s not working, I changed the password couple times and never worked! What can i do how can I access my hub?

I’m in the same boat. I had a brand new Hub Model: 2245-222 and about 15 Insteon Devices on hand. My Insteon Account Password has been changed a number of times and at one point all of the new devices that I had set up in a new home began working and then it quit working and then started working again and as of 1/10/2023 it has stopped working. I have sent an email to their Support Services and asked for answers but they are very tight lipped on providing Support. I read earlier that another Used had contacted his Attorney General’s Office and was getting some kind of assistance. If I was able to receive real Support, I would pay annually for the service but thus far, I only am seeing NO assistance. I am going to look into my options with my State Attorney General’s options and also into the FBI options. They enforce Internet, telephone, and postal crimes.

It seems to me that everyone has a problem with software offices these days. After all, it is very difficult to find an office that provides real streaming services. And I still managed to find out about one office which deals with SSA services.
