I found a workaround if you have an android. I downloaded an app called NotifierPro, I had to pay $2.49 for it, I believe, but it allows me to set a custom sound for the insteon app so that I can get more than just a vibrate alert. Hopefully this is helpful for some at least!

Another issue that I've ran into is that I can't find where there is any history of alerts using the "Push" method with the application. In other words, If I clear my notifications and then want to review the access logs and when they occurred, I can't. Especially when I'm away. There hasn't been any response to the vulnerability in the Insteon Hub I mentioned here: http://forum.insteon.com/forum/main-...he-insteon-hub so I can't connect my hub to the internet when I'm away so I'm running blind at this point. With the TXTing option, all the text messages where there for me to review when my family came and went.
Any way to get around this without texting?
