Bridge to Z-Wave Security System?

Since there isn't a viable option for an Insteon integrated security system (I know people will say Elk, but I don't want a system that looks like it came from 1970 and costs an extreme amount of money) and pretty much all the modern security systems integrate via Z-Wave, as do the locks, etc, is there a way to bridge Insteon to Z-wave? What would be ideal is setting up an Insteon scene called "Good night" that would turn off all lights in the house, and send Z-Wave command to arm 'home' and to lock all locks. Is such a thing possible, and if so how would I accomplish it?
