    Want/Need Random On/Off

Hi, gang. I have a small system: 1 hub, 4 plug-in dimmers, 2 light switch dimmers. I need to be able to set the plug-in dimmers to come on at random times while we are away from home but can find no way to accomplish this. A pre-sales call to Insteon before I bought everything got me the answer that it was absolutely possible. Was I lied to or am I totally missing it> Thanks in advance!

Not with the hub. You would need something like the ISY to accomplish that

Or software. In any case, SH has a good return policy.

No clue what ISY is or what software you are talking about. Can I get some examples?

Search the SH website for ISY and/or Insteon software. There's too much to post here.

            The ISY994i is standalone controller.
I am sure you will find the whole line of them in your search of the Smarthome site.
I believe their Black Friday sale includes things like the ISY994i series of interfaces.
