Lost all manual control of switches , but hub and echo control are fine?.

some thing strange just occurred and I'm not sure what todo about it. It seems that I have lost all manual control at the switches (you press them and nothing happens) on all of my switches BUT if I use the ap to the hub and and or the echo Alexa commands things work fine . This just starrted yesterday after a power failure (quick up and down and up again) in not sure why. if it was one switch I would say it failed but 3floors of switches? About 50 devices . I think they are fine but is there a mode where it locks out manual control of relay switches or dimmers?

I had something similar happen, where a motion sensor linked to a switch would turn it on but manual control wasn't working. I took the switch out and re-tightened the twist-on wire connectors, reinstalled, and the switch was working fine after that.

I wonder if in your situation something happened to neutral or ground?
