Tstat adapter 2441V working intermittently

I was trying to link my 2441V T stat adapter to my Hub. It was intermittent so I tried to delete it and start over. Now it will not link up to the Hub at all. It isn't even recognized. I have two A/C systems and Tstats. I put the second 2441V in the inop. Tstat and it works great so the issue is with deleted 2441V.
