Cannot get auto mode working on my new 2441ZTH

I just received this new thermostat. I did set-up the leave-sleep-return and wake-up settings. But he dont switch ayomatic to the next state if time is past. Only when i change the clock settings 1 hour up and then back to the original time he switch to the correct settings.
The display show being in the Auto mode and at the richt site i do see the Sleep etc text.
