Hub doesn't know what time it is

This morning my morning lights turned on at 7:25 AM instead of 7:00 like they are programmed to do. I don't think the Hub knows what time it is. How do I know what time the Hub thinks it is and how do I change the time if it is incorrect?

You can navigate to :http://192.168.x.x: port#/network.htm to configure the clock. This should be the URL assigned to your hub by your home router. You will need the admin password to get in the door.

hm.. that doesn't work for me on hub2.. I get

I am having the same issue. My iPad is blank where the hub local time is suppose to be. Observe DST is just a spinning icon.

How do you set the time on the Hub?
