I am a subscriber and lover of Insteon I have a dilemma I need help with. I have a hose full of switches and indoor and outdoor plug-in modules. I also have about the same amount new in the box not yet installed. I am putting my house on the market and moving. My dilemma is do I sell my house as a “smart home” and leave my hub or do I take my hub and tell the perspective buyers that they can get a hub in the future. I don’t want to cheat myself if a new hub is 6-12 months away. I don’t really want to have to rely on a separate computer running in the background. What I like about our setup is how easy it is to operate. I don’t have the time for learning a lot of programming. Maybe in the future but not right now.
