Time stamp on insteon hub notifications is wrong

Since the change to daylight savings time the notification I have set on my gate opening is off by one hour. The time and time zone shown in the hub (with the app) is correct. To test I created a notification on a light switch and that push notification that pops up on my phone has the correct timestamp. It's only on the gate opening that it is wrong. I tried turning off the notification and then back on but it still notifies with the wrong time. How can one device notify with a different time stamp than another device?

I just noticed when I expand the notification it shows (Hub time - not adjusted for daylight savings time). The setting to adjust for DST is turned on but the notification seems to not be using it

Same issue here. “Observe DST” is enabled and time listed at Settings->House->Hub Local Time is correct but email notifications “Occurred on” time is an hour off.
