    R.i.p. 2477sa-1

    Functioned flawlessly for years! Unfortunately, the controller for the pool pump started intermittently shutting down and then restarting on its own about every two minutes. Probably could be fixed. You can see the burn connection to the relay on the other side.

    Since the 2477SA is not available anymore, this is the replacement. It's actually what I was going to make before I discovered the 2477SA. I am utilizing the On/Off mini switch and a 40amp contactor. Total cost for two circuits, including the waterproof box that I drilled holes in for ventilation, $180.

    I have a working 2477SA that has very few hours (Spa pump controller) and the malfunctioning device if anyone is interested.
