2441TH keeps changing mode and temperature
Hello!!
I have a 2441TH that I had to buy off ebay

I tried resetting it (not sure if I did it right) but it will not keep the mode or temperature. I looked here and on Google and tried a fue suggestion like Turing beep on for button pushed and as soon as I set a temperature, a min or a few later it beeps and changes modes. Hold won't work either.
I added it to my devices in the old insteon app and paired successfully but won't read it in the app. This is my second one and my other one has no issues. Ideas what is causing me the random mode and temperature changes?
