Trying to get the mini to work as an 8 scene toggle just like my old mini (battery went dead and just bought new ones). Right out of the box, it will only send ON commands and the LED flashes green every time. I want it to act like my old mini and toggle all 8 scenes ON-OFF with each press. Trying to change the button/scene configuration the manual explains on page 9 and I cannot get it to set to the 8-scene toggle but it's still on 8-scene NON-toggle (green LED every press. I want alternating GREEN/On and RED/Off). Why can't I get it to change? Also, it says after getting it to the double-blink red state, it states that I should press "d, v" (d-button and apparently "the down" button) but there IS NO v-button on this remote! What is supposed to be the "v" and the "^" button?

Looks like these instructions were carried over from the 4-scene controller. On that, the down d button would be the bottom left, so try pressing g instead.
