8 Button Scene C, D buttons same as A, B buttons when controlled plugged in charging.

I've got an odd situation and wondering if this is RMA territory.

Just set up a new 8 button mini remote. I set 8 different scenes, one assigned to each button. However, if the remote is plugged in and charging, the C button controls the same scene as the A button, and the D button controls the same scenes as the A button. When I unplug it and operate the button the C and D buttons control their intended scenes.

Anyone have any similar experience? Shouldn't the controller operate the same when plugged in vs when not?

You want to run the remote on the battery charger or are you trying to use it when it is charging? It may not be designed to be run on the charger all the time and maybe the answer.
