Insteon Low Voltage Contact Closure

I am looking to purchase this but wanted to know if this was possible. I have a water leak alarm http://www.homedepot.com/p/Battery-O...-HWA/100038838 that I would like to wire into the Insteon Low Voltage Contact Closure.
If this did somehow work is it possible to disable the leak detector using the Insteon app?

You could probably wire the contacts to the sense terminals of the I/O Linc. There is no way to disable devices.
