    add IRLinc Transmitter

    Hi everybody !
I have a device "IRLinc Transmitter - Insteon to IR Converter", I can not add it to the app " Insteon for hub".
    I use Power 110 V / 50hz, Is that the main reason?
English is not my strengths. Everyone sympathized

Yes, the IRLinc Transmitter will function only @ 60Hz poweline frequency.

I'm in Vietnam. I can use the transformer to get power supply 110V / 60hz.
      That is what helped me
      Thank you !

Frequency converters are very expensive, voltage converters are not. Are you sure that you are getting a frequency converter and not just a voltage converter that will work on both 50Hz and 60Hz?

I seriously doubt that the Insteon power line signals will pass through a transformer or converter.

The IR LInc is not supported by the Hub platforms. See below for a list of available features in each app.

Even if the I/O Linc was supported, it's powerline only, rated to 60Hz and won't function at 50Hz.

The 2411T specifications page on the Smarthome sales site. Says 120 volts 60 Hz. Where did you see 50Hz specified?
What is the model number on the module you have?
