I/O Link Schedule does not activate when the "Off Time" arrives

I have an I/O Link set up to control my driveway gate. The RELAY MODE is "Momentary/2 seconds", RELAY COMMANDS is set to "On or Off closes relay" and both SENSOR TRIGGERS RELAY and CHECK SENSOR... are set to "No".

Initially (and for some time) it worked just fine -- opening & closing the gate at the times specified in the schedule. It also sent Alerts on for each action.

Recently, however, it has stopped responding to the "Off Time". While the "Off" button works from the App, it simply ignore the "Off Time" in the schedule. The gate does not operate, nor do I get an alert.

Any suggestions? I'm reluctant to replace the device itself until I'm sure the I/O Link hardware is at fault, but what else could it be??

In the IO link programming,
set it to
On closes relay
Off opens relay
That should do it...
