Cannot Receive Video Remotely from Newly Setup SD Camera

I got my 75790 SD camera setup and connected to my HUB-2 (2245-222) this last weekend at my house up north and everything was working fine. I started to setup the port forwarding on my router and thought I read were the HUB-2 does not require port forwarding. I checked with my android smart phone by logging off my WiFi network and using the 4G to access the camera with the Insteon App and I thought it was working fine, thinking the port forwarding was thus not required. I've since come back to my other home and the App, or desktop is not able to logon to the camera, all the other sensors are view-able and controllable, what am I missing? Does the HUB-2 require port forwarding of the camera?

The Hub does not require port forwarding, but the camera does.

So just so I understand, I DO have to do the port forwarding exercise spelled out on the camera install, regardless of what HUB I'm using?

      Thanks!!

You need to do that for remote access even if you're not using a Hub at all.
