    I do not see the video windows

    Hello everybody.
    I have one camera (HD Insteon 2864-222).
    I can not see it in your browser. I type in the IP address: Port and see the result takes the buttons (LiveVideo / Settings/Playback) as instructed.
    I attached 2 photos: 1 picture is a photo of me and that's guide.
    Please help me

    It looks as if the browser is not running the plugin. Have you tried a different browser yet?

      I'm running on Win7, and I've only been able to view the camera with FireFox...I've tried IE10, Opera, Chrome, and Safari. Some of them ask for the plugin to be loaded and some don't. Even when I load the plugin, the only one that works for me is FireFox.

        Me too.I use windows 10 and browser only firefox can be viewed.That is not good.
