Good morning all, I purchased an indoor SD camera model 75790WH with firmware @ 11.37.2.59 and Web UI @ 2.1.10.9, I have a Hub and iOS app with the latest software.
Setting up the camera though the iOS app was fast and without any problem, setup username and password but when I try to connect to the web interface or the PC Camera tool, it claim I have the wrong combination username and/or password.
I reset the camera to factory default (15 sec push button) and set it up again, same problem. Tried again just incase, same problem. I even used a very easy password in case my memory is leaking still same problem.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (I contacted Smarthome but they were not helping at all)
