I am having difficulty accessing the camera when i am not on the WiFi network. What am i doing wrong?

Which service are you using to access the camera? Did you open a port (i.e., port forwarding)? Did you follow the included instructions?Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018. If you are off-site, then using you LAN IP address won't work. You need to use a DNS service to access you LAN from the internet.Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018.
