I'm new to Insteon and recently purchased a starter kit and a couple of switches. The HUB cannot connect to the app. I have called Insteon last week and they said this is a know issue and they were working on it.
Instead was short on specifics. Has anyone else had any trouble? Should I continue to wait or just take the hub back?
