Hello it possible tu have the value of the resistor R1 because mine is burn.

R1 is a surge resistor. To limit the current at power up and if there is an overload. As it is in the AC power input circuit.
If it is burned open. You may have more problems than an open resistor.
27 Ohms 5%. Not sure of the wattage. Probably has some flame resistant rating.

180 Ohms not a good idea. Maybe too large a value for proper operation.
