    Received replacement hub - how to configure?

    My hub died, Insteon took my old one and sent me a new one. No instructions though. I can’t log into the app. Can someone provide a few directions? Thanks.

    If you did a simple exchange you will have to set your hub up again from scratch. If you did their hub replacement then you should be able to log in as normal.

      Hats what I thought as well. They said all data would be transferred. I tried to log into the iPad app but I just get “circles.”

      After plugging the the hub in do I need to press the button on the back? If so, am I looking to have a red or green light?
