Windows 8 App Adding Devices Errors

Ok, so this has been driving me a bit batty.

When I add a new Plug In Module, it says "Found Device. Please wait..." Then it spins the little round image around for 4 minutes and then it fails.

I know the devices are communicating with the hub because the device work perfectly find with HouseLinc.

Then, out of the blue, the Plug In Module showed up in the Windows 8 App. It worked and everything. But 20 minutes later it just disappeared for no reason that I am aware of.

What's the deal????

I have more or less the same issue, houselink detects the open/close sensor, but the Windows 8/phone cannot add it
