Ios8 and iphone 6 plus. Cannot access hub

Since moving to ios8 and a 6 plus, I can no longer log into the hub. I've tried resetting the password but now luck

thxs. that was the issue. as those who currently use apple ios devices, there is quite an issue with app updates via the app store et al. I had to do a manual, forced app update, via the itunes desktop software as trying to update from the phone does not work. thxs.
