    Hub in use

    I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue where while trying to setup their system for the first time, they received a Hub in use error that states The Hub is currently registered to another user? I even did the factory reset option. As far I know this was in an unopened kit that I purchased from Menards. It is the newer Hub2 model. Thanks for any insight.

    I did. They said they would delete the old account, which they later sent an email stating they did, and then I would have to do a factory reset, which I did. This did not take care of the problem. I simply returned the kit to Menards and exchanged it for one that had not been opened previously. I now have the new kit up and running pretty much everything included within an hour. I still think for the price you cannot beat the Insteon system. Thanks for your response though TFitzpatri8.
