Is my USB PLM dead? or half dead?

I just experienced a power outage. I think it killed my PLM.

Symptoms:

1. When I plug in the PLM to power, the solid green light comes on instantly and silently. It does not beep.
2. When I press the Set button, the green light remains solidly on and it does not beep.
3. When I press and hold the Set button for a long time, to put it into linking mode, the green light remains solidly on and it does not beep.

It's only 6 months old.

Is there any hope or do I need to buy yet another one?
