Delete lost device from App

Hi! I need to delete a plug in device from my app (and scenes) but i can't locate the physical device. When i try and delete the device from the settings it alerts me it's unable to reach that device and make sure it's connected.. Any way to delete device if unit is not available? thanks!

I'm on App Version 1.0.3 167 btw.

That sounds like the newer Insteon for Mobile app. After the second, or third, try I think the app is supposed to give you the option to 'force remove' the device from the app. If not, download and login to the older Insteon for Hub app and that will give you the force remove option.
