Operation of i3 dual outlet with UD hub.

I just started to start the new double outlet i3 type "WR01". I am trying to use with it with the Universal Devices to WR01 to operate with the UD hub. I get very un-reliableoperation. Sometimes it comes on; some times off. Sometimes it goes to busy button and takes a long time to connect it to turn on and sometimes to turn off. I am using a Insteon outlet with a single controlled socket. and a constatnt socket. I would like to trand for it as it does not work reliable. I tried with an older unit with the older one with a single controllable and a fixed number. It works fine.

How do I go about returning this the i3 outlet "WR01". Also the QR is in a very dark metal cover, so my iPhone cannot even read the QR code.

Universal Devices HUB?
ISY994i, Polisy, eisy?
The ISY994i was discontinued about a year ago and no new firmware was developed.
The I3 devices are only properly controlled with later firmware in the Polisy or eisy.
The ISY994i may only control it basically or not at all.

If it is one of the Universal Devices controllers.
