I have a 2842-222 motion sensor and MD-318 on/off/dimmer. Can this sensor turn this dimmer on/off without the need of a controller, basically the sensor is the only controller and directly linked to the switch? If so how do I go about linking them. When I try the instructions for the sensor I don't get the 2 beeps it describes. And the instructions for the dimmer say the motion sensor needs to transmit a learn code...
