Insteon US products working with Insteon International products.

    The 2245-222 is the US model as you said. A step down transformer will probably block the Insteon Power Line signals to and from the power lines.
    So you would have to communicate with the Insteon RF frequency of 915MHz as it is a US model.
    From your list it will only talk Insteon RF to the 2477D Switches as they are also 915MHz.
    All of your other modules with the -442 and -422 suffix are 869.85MHz. They will not communicate with the 2245-222 HUB Insteon RF. So you will be counting on the 2477D switches to pas the Insteon messages to and from the HUB.

      The 125v marking is a requirement for the US. It will also handle up to 240V.
