can two 2466SW's be used in 3 way location without a dual band switch?

I am configuring a new Insteon setup using a Wink hub and 7 Insteon switches. Can two 2466SW relays be used in a 3 way setup without a dual band switch?

All switch configurations being replaced are hardwired (e.g., the garage floods have two conventional switches wired as 3 way). I will not be using a virtual 3 way switch anywhere.

    Planned switch configurations are:

Garage floods -- 3 way using two 2466SW
Garage doors -- 3 way using one 2466SW and one 2477D
Backyard deck -- 3 way using one 2466SW and one 2477D
Front porch -- Single pole dimmer using one 2477D
I am using the Wink hub since I have two D-link HS-100 smart plugs, a Chamberlain internet gateway for my garage doors and Nest thermostats.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Yes the power line only models can be used in a three way setup.
You still wire both switches with Line and Neutral. One the Load wire from the switch connects to the lights.
The other one you cap off its Load wire.
Cross link them so each one controls the other one.

In any 3-way configuration involving two Insteon switches, one device is a virtual 3-way switch. If you're replacing an existing 3-way configuration, then nothing else in needed. But, if you're creating a new configuration, then it matters which leg of the split, single-phase electric supply each device is on. In particular, if each device is on opposite legs, then you need to bridge the electric supply.
