Hi , I got a starter kit from Insteon @ christmas. I was able to install the HUB on my network, create an account and manage the two Dimmers that came with it. Now the problem is that when I turn on any of the two dimmers @ more than 90% , the lights goes ON and OFF ... tried with both and I had the box factory reset.
What am-I missing ? Note that when the dimmer is in that state it's very difficult , almost impossible to control it with the APP. I'm using both Windows and Androids APP.
