I just received a 2242-222R Hub to replace my defective one (same model), which died after only few weeks of use. I plugged the new Hub into the router and powered it on. HouseLinc can see the new Hub and I am able to control the light bulbs as well. No problems here. The issue I am experiencing is that when I launch the SmartHome iPhone App, it is unable to connect to the new Hub. I suspect that the app is still trying to connect to the old Hub, which is no longer in my possession. How can I fix this? Or am I supposed to create a new SmartHome account with a different email address? (I'd rather not, if possible). Thank you in advance for your help.
