Schedules at Dimmed Levels

I am trying to set my outside lights to come on automatically every night at a dimmed level. I have no problem creating a schedule, but I cannot figure out how to make them come on at a dimmed level. I am told that I need to create a scene to have them be dimmed, but I don't see any option on the scene page of the app for dimming. Can anyone help me out? thanks!

I seem to recall that if you first set the dimmer to the level you want them dimmed to, then you create a scene that includes that dimmer, the scene will activate at that pre-set level. (I now use Home Assistant scenes and activities, not Insteon scenes, and that's how it work there too.)

Edit: I just checked and in the new Insteon Android app there is an option to set the dimming level when you create a scene. The old Insteon Android app apparently works the way I described.

Thank you! Unfortunately I use an iphone and there's no dimming option. And I tried setting the dimmer level before creating the scene, but that didn't work either.

Dimming means reducing the output of a lamp or lighting fixture. The output of a lamp or lighting fixture is measured in lumens (lm) and is sometimes known as its “luminous flux”. As a lamp or fixture is dimmed its lumen output decreases.
