Yes, but it depends on phone OS and app you are using.

(Old application) Insteon for Hub App, iOS only: Settings-> House Management -> 'Add a House'.

(New Application) Insteon for Mobile App, iOS and Android: Settings-> Current home -> Tap the '+' symbol at the top of the screen to add another Hub

Just did the exact same thing on the weekend. All you need to do is log out the of instance under your home email account and log into the new email set up for the cabin. Go into settings and it is right at the bottom. Works great. It would be nice it if cached the two email addresses so you don't need to type them each time.
