What exact issues are you having? Saying something simply doesn't work doesn't get anything fixed

        Hey mikil123 ,

Can you elaborate on the problems you are experiencing while integrating Insteon with Alexa?

        Thanks!

Sean, you should read your own forums. You will lose customers so fast unless this is fixed soon, there are other alternatives.

              Hey along ,

Just making sure both threads are talking about the same thing.

Anybody experiencing this issue should restart their hub, and then do device discovery via the Alexa app. That should bring things back into a healthy state. Isaac has a good description of the steps in the other thread here: http://forum.insteon.com/forum/main-...121#post104121

We had an issue with a backend provider recently that left some hubs in a kind of "unhealthy" state, which caused Alexa to view the hubs as offline. While restarting your hub and running a discovery should resolve the connection issue, we are doing the following:
              1) Remotely triggering a "soft reset" for any Hub in this state, so the user will not need to manually do a restart,
              2) Preparing to release new firmware that will prevent this from happening in the future.

              Thanks!
