I have a simple schedule for an Insteon on/off device and it doesn't work. The schedule was working at one point and then stopped. I have deleted the device and added again with no luck getting a scheduled on/off time. Any suggestions?

Same hub, same problem, scenes don't fix anything. I have a garage back door light that is supposed to come on at sunset -- no joy; it comes on randomly during the day instead. Fountain is supposed to turn off at 10pm -- no joy. Direct device scheduling fails, as do scenes.
