Mobile App On/Off Status Not Accurate

Have Insteon starter kit. When using the mobile app to turn a light on or off, it does turn the light on or off but the graphic on the phone shows that it is not all the way on or off. Like when I go from on to off it shows the lamp as being on at, say, 53%. If I set the module to turn on or off instantly (no ramping), it shows the status correctly. It's as though the status is reported back so quickly that the lamp is still on to some degree when the status is sent, and it never gets updated again unless I tap the refresh button. I guess this is normal, but is it? (And where can I go to vote for a change in this behavior?)

INSTEON devices don't always automatically report their status to the iOS app. A query is often required. That's normal behavior.
