    Insteon Dimmer Switch Stopped Working

I went to change out a switch and turned off the circuit breaker. Unfortunately, I turned off the wrong one and the Insteon Dimmer switch connected to the breaker is no longer working after I flipped the breaker back on. I deleted the device and re-set it up, but it does not control the lights. I am able to communicate with the device through my iphone or Homelinc, but it does not turn off the lights. Could this be a dead switch or do you think there is some other issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you manually turn on the load from The SwitchLinc?

If secondary, then be sure you control the scene, rather than just the device, so all members of the scene can respond. If you control only the secondary switch device, only its LED indicators will respond.
No, it is not part of a three way circuit.

Can you turn the light on and off when you tap or press on the SwtichLinc dimmer paddle?

Thanks guys for the help! My in-laws came into town so my ability to work on this went right out the door!! I was unable to manually control the switch. I had an extra dimmer, so I replaced with the same wiring and all works now. Thanks again!
