Scene not operating properly

Hi, hoping I can get some assistance with debugging a scene I have setup. I have attached a screenshot.

Although I have setup the scene with various on levels as indicated in the action column, when I activate the scene using the Remote button all the lights come on at 100%. I assume I am missing something, but not sure what. Assistance appreciated.

What software are you using? The screen shot does not look familiar.

I am using Universal Devices IoX v5.7.0 controlling an eisy.
