    Is ioLinc no longer supported?

I have several ioLinc devices that used to work until a week ago. Now, they cannot be controlled by the insteon app anymore.
if I try to add them, if get “The detected device is not yet supported”

    any help is appreciated.

Not sure how you were using them before with the insteon app since the app has never supported the iolincs

There are multiple apps. I think the OP is referring to the original Insteon for Hub app.

The original "Insteon for Hub" app can control the IO Lincs.

The new "Insteon for Mobile" cannot.

It sort of sounds like you switched. Can you confirm which app you are using? A screen shot of the home page of the app would also be telling.

The garage door device is simply an I/O link. Mine works..... but not with the 'new' app. I downloaded the new app and the garage door was not to be found, so I just went back to the old app and everything is fine. What a stupid, stupid decision to release a 'new' app that does not support all of the devices they sell. Of course I can name a number of shortcomings about this company. Personally I'm going to junk all my insteon and go with something else... probably tp-link
