So my vendor was able to get me a few of these switches.. he sent .me both of these. Not really sure why he sent me the ELV. Seems like both with control LED, correct?lastly the multi location will work as a 3 way correct?

The 6WCL is a 2-wire dimmer meant for forward phase loads and I expect the dimming curve to be short or erratic. Meaning instead of a nice smooth bright or dim, you may see noticeable jumps in lighting level.

The 5NE requires a neutral and is phase selectable for reverse or forward phase dimming. This will handle a 60-80% of the LEDs on the market.

I would recommend checking out Lutron's bulb compatibility chart to make sure you get a good match between switch and LED.
