Lights flickering when turn on switches

Would like to know how to solve this issue of lights flickering when turning on the switches of certain Led wall sconces, as well, when its turned on its affects other lights that are at other Insteon switches causing some instant flickering once Insteon switch is turned on,
what’s can be? Incompatible led drivers, bad switches, incompatible led? Wall sconces are Artemide manufacturer and has built in LED lights and outdoor sconces also.. (not bulbs replacement). Any smart advice and straightforward troubleshooting to this point is appreciated and very welcome. Thanks

There is a lot of data out there on this topic. Insteon devices dim using forward phase / Triac method. If you bulbs are not compatible with that they can flicker. Also too small of a load can cause it. Putting an incandescent load in the circuit can also fix it. This company makes a wire in device that mimics that fake load.
