Hello all,
I recently moved to a new house and have been setting up my Insteon devices. I have an interesting problem.
I have 2 dimmer switch 2477D configured as a 3-way switch.
I have one specific LampLinc Module (model 2547D2). I configured it into my system to run a lamp.
When I turn the lamp module on or off, the 3-way dimmer switches also turns off/on accordingly.
It’s 100% consistent and it happens when I have had the lamp module plugged into 3 different outlets. Interestingly, when I removed the LampLinc module from my system via the Insteon app, the behavior of turning on/off the dimmer switch still happens. I had to perform a factory reset of the Lamp module to clear this up. When reprogrammed, the lamp module went back to activating the dimmer modules.
I have other dimmer switch modules throughout the house and they haven't been affected.
I had the 3-way switch configured into a scene to control both modules, but I deleted that scene as a troubleshooting step and the lamp module on/off behavior continued.
This behavior doesn’t happen with a different lamp module.
Has anyone ever seen this behavior?
Thanks
